Facility Comments: We are located near Tennessee and Kentucky Line .We serve the complete state of Virginia.We specialized in Veteran''''s and are va.approved by local Mountain Home in Johnson City. Auxiliary Grants are accepted ,although the rate does not cover the cost to provide the service .Private pay will always surpass an auxiliary grant admission.Call for availability of a.g. bed . Private pay based on income and level of care needed.
